Over 10 years ago, I met Nicole and discovered her dance classes.
Her classes are full of energy and incredibly motivating. With Nicole, I share a love for dancing and Latin American music.

But sometimes, the main reason I’ve stayed loyal for so many years is Nicole herself — an unbelievably wonderful and valuable person. She’s been by my side through the highs and lows of my life, shares in my experiences, offers comfort, and shows so much empathy.

It’s the mix that makes it! With Nicole, I get to dance along to well-put-together choreographies, have fun, and truly enjoy the moment — with joy, heart, and a great cardio boost. In between, the workout sections are packed in, which really helps me stay motivated with strength training and push past my inner resistance. And then it’s straight back to dancing and enjoying movement again. Nicole is authentic and radiates joy and passion for what she does.
