Dance and music have been a guiding thread throughout my life since childhood. They gave me stability in challenging times — growing up in different countries and during periods of personal crisis. For me, dancing has always been more than self-expression: it has been a source of strength, joy, and healing.
From an early age, I attended dance schools, took part in competitions, and later completed training with Bobos choreographers. One of the highlights for me was training at renowned dance schools in New York. From hip-hop to house and street jazz, to Latin American styles such as salsa and samba — my passion for dance knew no limits and led me to continue expanding my skills over the years. From hip-hop and house to street jazz and Latin styles like salsa and samba: my passion for dance knew no limits, and it naturally led me to continue developing my training and skills.
In 2009, I discovered my love for the world of fitness.
I was one of the first to bring Zumba to the Basel region and, in 2011, I was selected as a trainer (ZES) for the Swiss market.
This role gave me the opportunity to train instructors across Switzerland and perform on international stages — an experience I remain deeply grateful for to this day.
After years of living in performance mode, personal challenges — my father’s long battle with cancer and his death, as well as my own burnout — brought me to a profound turning point.
I began to immerse myself in personal development and holistic health.
These experiences opened up new perspectives for me and helped me rediscover inner strength, calm, and joie de vivre.
Alongside this, I developed my own dance-fitness concept: BallaLoco
I wanted to combine dance with Pilates and an effective full-body workout — movement that not only strengthens the body, but also brings joy.
In BallaLoco Dance Workout I bring together vitality, lightness, and inner strength.
My training as a breathwork therapist (2025) completed the puzzle and took my work to a whole new level.
In a wonderful way, it connects everything that has always moved me: body, emotion, energy, and awareness.
It brings me great joy to pass on the benefits of this method and to accompany people on their path toward inner balance and life force on every level.
In my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends, getting lost in a good book, or simply enjoying a coffee in the sun.
I find peace in the sound of the sea, inspiration in encounters — and joy in life’s small moments.
