FAQ

Breathwork is new to me. I don’t have any prior experience. Can I still come?

Absolutely. The session is also suitable — you don’t need any previous experience. I’ll explain everything on site and guide you through the whole process.

Can I come on my own?

Sure! Most participants come alone. You’re warmly welcome — I’ll make sure you feel connected and supported as part of the group.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, layered clothing that allows you to move freely and keeps you warm and comfortable during resting phases.

What should I bring to the group session?

Yoga mats are provided on site. You’re welcome to bring:
A pillow, a small blanket, an eye mask, a notebook and pen, and a water bottle. You’ll also receive this information again in the confirmation email after you sign up.

Can I eat before?

Ideally, don’t eat for up to two hours before the session — or keep it light. This helps you tune into your body more deeply and makes it easier to breathe.

Is there anything I should be aware of after the session?

Take some time for yourself. “Me-time” is strongly encouraged on this day.
If possible, avoid sensory overload and digital distractions so that the experience can be properly integrated.

What is Breathwork?

An ancient practice whose transformative effects are now confirmed by modern science.

There are different breathing techniquesthat are trying to achieve a variety of objectives:

🧘 to enter a meditative state of deep relaxation
🔥 to activate Kundalini energy (life force energy)
🌌 to enter an expanded state of awareness
❤️‍🩹 emotionale und körperliche Heilungsprozesse unterstützen
⚡️ to boost performance

In everyday life, we often breathe unconsciously — shallow and fast. Especially during stressful periods, our body responds with tension: cortisol levels rise, and our nervous system stays stuck in survival mode.

Conscious, deep breathing breaks this cycle. It activates the body’s natural healing capacity and gets your life force energy flowing again.

About Me

With passion, I support processes that help integrate well-being on every level.

For me personally, breathwork is a powerful tool to process the challenges of everyday life, to feel lighter and more alive, and to keep bringing my focus back to what truly matters.

It fulfills me to hold a safe, supportive space for people who are ready to set their own process in motion — so they can reconnect with their strength and find their shine again. You can find more about me here.

In addition to group sessions, I also offer private one-to-one breathwork sessions — for anyone who feels they’d like to explore certain themes more deeply and with individual support. If you’re interested, feel free to get in touch .

I’m looking forward to meeting you 💜
